I'm Stephen Strike, a Software Engineering Leader with over a decade of experience growing alongside a high-performing startup in the EdTech space, with a focus on delivering 3D and VR training. I began my career in Computer Forensics at West Mercia Police, digging through mobile phone evidence, before transitioning into software development—where I quickly discovered where I could thrive and excel.

I’ve led technical teams through capital raises and tech due diligence, implemented security frameworks like SOC2 for enterprise readiness, and scaled software engineering teams 10x to drive growth in sales, product, and velocity.

These days, I lead a globally distributed software engineering team, shape the technical strategy for a leading EdTech company, and help develop the next generation of developers and leaders through coaching and mentoring. I focus on building high-quality products, driving innovation with new technologies in VR and AI, and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
